26.03.2015 March 26, 2015, a pre-biding meeting held in R2E2 for the following announced tenders:

Representatives of construction and design companies, as well as R2E2 Fund’s director Tamara Babayan took part in the meeting. During the meeting the representatives of construction and design companies were presented the efficient ways to organize their work in the application preparation phase by Tamara Babayan. R2E2 Fund’s procurement specialist Zaruhi Gharagyozyan, EE project consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan and RE and EE expert Armen Gharibyan made their speeches and presentations during the meeting. Gharagyozyan presented the biding package in details and highlighted the importance of the main points, qualification and contract requirements, as well as the reasons forthe rejected applications. Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan, EE expert from R2E2, presented the thermo-technical indicators/regulatory documents, thermal calculations and financial indicators/. Armen Gharibyan, RE and EE expert from R2E2, presented the types of the solar water heaters, the main schemes of those systems, the required specifications for the solar systems, calculation methods for the LED lights, outdoor lighting specifications, as well as the input of the central monitoring system.
