11.03.2016 A pre-biding meeting was held in R2E2 Fund for the following tenders:
Lot 1. Implementation of energy efficiency measures in Procurement Support Center SNGO, EE-CW-53/2016-1
Lot 2. Implementation of energy efficiency measures in Municipality of Spitak.
Representatives of construction and design companies, as well as the experts of the Fund took part in the meeting. The main purpose of the meeting is to present is to present the preparation, submission and evaluation procedures of EEM bid’s applications for the interested organizations. Reports were made by the R2E2 Fund’s procurement specialist Zaruhi Gharagyozyan and EEP consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan. Zaruhi Gharagyozyan presented the biding package in details and highlighted the importance of the main points, qualification and contract requirements, as well as the reasons for the rejected applications.
