29.03.2016 A pre-bidding meeting was held in R2E2 for the following tender:
Lot 1. Implementation of energy efficiency measures in Armenian-Russian Slavonic University, EE-CW-52/2016
Representatives of different construction companies took part in the meeting. Reports were made by the R2E2 Fund’s procurement specialist Zaruhi Gharagyozyan, EEP consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan and RE and EE expert Armen Gharibyan. Zaruhi Gharagyozyan presented the biding package in details and highlighted the importance of the main points, qualification and contract requirements, as well as the reasons for the rejected applications. EEP consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan presented the thermo-technical indicators/regulatory documents, thermal calculations and financial indicators/. RE and EE expert Armen Gharibyan talked about the installation of solar PV systems, air conditioning of the hall, interior and exterior lighting systems, as well as about the integration of monitoring system.
