12.08.2016 Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund implemented the following measures at Nubarashen Psychiatric Center within the Energy Efficiency Project: construction of medium pressure gas pipeline, building of boiler house, installation of boilers and auxiliary equipment, implementation of gas supply, water supply, water sewerage, electricity supply and ventilation works inside the boiler house, commissioning and regulation of boilers and auxiliary equipment, connection of heating system to existing external heating network, replacement of inefficient windows with 3-chamber PVC glass envelopes, replacement of outside doors with aluminum heat bridge and doors, replacement of windows and doors with insulated walls, ceiling insulation, decoration of interior walls, assembling of new hot water distribution network. Thanks to ESMs energy saving constitutes 49.2%.
