19.07 2016 Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund implemented street lighting activities in communities under the Energy Efficiency Project. The following energy saving measures has been implemented within the Artik city street lighting project: replacement of mercury vapor street lighting lamps with high pressure sodium lamps providing equivalent lighting, regulation of management and control system, improvement of lighting network electricity parameters. Due to energy saving measures savings are about 41.4%. The Mayor of Artik city Arsen Abrahamyan expressed his satisfaction for the implemented ESMs.
