Energy audit in multi-apartment buildings

R2E2 fund is working on the preparation of the project “Energy Efficiency improvement in multi-apartment buildings”. In the scope of the project energy audit was conducted in multi-apartment buildings of Nor Nork and Davtashen administrative districts (one multi-apartment building for each district).

The following works were carried out:

• study of thermal-technical indicators of the buildings,
• development of ESMs for efficiency performance improvement and identification of investment amount required for the improvement,
• evaluation of thermal-technical indicators after the implementation of energy saving measures.
