05.09.2016 Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Fund Efficiency Fund implemented energy saving measures at Yerevan Basic School N 163 under the Energy Efficiency Project. The objective of the project is to reduce electricity consumption in the school. The following energy efficiency measures has been conducted at the school: replacement of inefficient windows with new efficient windows, replacement of external doors with efficient doors, reconstruction of ineffective windows into walls, installation of heat convertors behind the walls of heating radiators, as well as partial insulation of external walls. Due to energy saving measures in the building energy saving is around 45.7 %.
