10.08.2013 The first Kick Off Meeting of the countries under the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013 for the development of Energy Efficiency Plan was held in Samsun, Turkey on August 5-6. The representatives of Armenia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Greece and Turkey took part in the Kick Off Meeting.
Armenia Renewable Recourses and Energy Efficiency Fund was represented by the expert Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan. The participants had speeches during the meeting. Number of questions on the project future activities were discussed during the meeting. Certificates were awarded to the participants by the meeting organizers.
