June 3, 2015 a pre-biding meeting was held in R2E2 in the frames of Energy Efficiency project for the following announced tender:
Lot 1. Implementation of energy efficiency measures in “Sevan” penitentiary institution, EE-CW-43/2015-1
Representatives of construction and design companies, as well as Fund’s experts took part in the meeting. The main purpose of the meeting is to present the bid preparation, submission and evaluation procedures of energy efficient measures for the interested parties. R2E2 Fund’s procurement specialist Zaruhi Gharagyozyan and EE project consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan made their speeches and presentations during the meeting. Gharagyozyan presented the biding package in details and highlighted the importance of the main points, qualification and contract requirements, as well as the reasons for the rejected applications. Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan, EE expert from R2E2, presented the thermo-technical indicators/regulatory documents, thermal calculations and financial indicators/.
