14.10.2016 Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund conducted Energy saving Measures in Vayk city Kindergarten N 3 in the framework of Energy Efficiency Project: The objective of the project is to reduce electricity consumption in the building. The following energy saving measures has been conducted in the kindergarten: replacement of old windows by new plastic ones, replacement of ineffective doors and windows by energy efficient doors, internal decoration of walls, replacement of doors and windows by insulated walls, thermal insulation of attic ceiling, partial renovation of water drainage system, increase existing gas pipeline capacity, installation of natural gas boilers and connection to the gas pipeline, as well as construction assembling of internal heating system. Due to energy saving measures energy saving is around 41 % in the building.
