03.12.2013 Letter of Cooperation between the Counterpart International and Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund
The parties seek to promote and the implementation of energy efficiency projects in Civil Society and Local government Support (CSLGS ) Program partner communities aimed at reduction of consumption of electricity and heating energy in municipal facilities or municipality-owned buildings as well as providing advice and consultancy to CSLGS Program partner local governments on efficiently planning their budgets (both revenues and expenditures) for the year of signing the contract and forecasting for the out-years. the parties also agree to combineefforts and cooperate together in the CSLGS Program partner communities by actively raising awareness on the importance of implementation of energy efficiency measures.
