On August 28, a discussion was held with the representatives of the solar PV system installation companies within the framework of the “Innovative solutions for sustainable development goals/SDG/ implementation in Armenia” project. The project coordinator Norayr Harutyunyan presented the outcomes of the visits to Shirak and Gegharkunik regions. The project development and schedule, as well as collaboration with the partner banks were discussed with the representatives of the installation companies.
The project envisages the installation of solar water heaters and solar PV systems for 400 households residing in non-gasified communities of Gegharkunik and Shirak regions.
