Efficiency Project framework Upon completion of the EE project, R2E2 Fund experts made regular visits to public facilities where energy saving measures have been carried out. They had recently visited Kosh, Abovyan, Hrazdan and Sevan penitentiaries for monitoring implementation of the ESMs. The purpose of the monitoring is to study proper operation and maintenance of installed systems and works performed and assess the project effectiveness.
