Armenia R2E2 Fund implements community-based energy efficiency project. In the project framework 5 kW capacity solar photovoltaic system and 4 solar water heaters with 300 liter storage tank were installed at the sports school of Talin city to ensure hot water supply of the school. 10 kW capacity solar photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of kindergarten N3.
As a result of energy saving measures implemented in Talin city, annual
reduction of CO₂ emission is 16.7 tones, annual energy saving is 3200 kW/h,
which amounts around 1.688.000 AMD.
