One of functions of Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy efficiency Fund is initiation and realization of various events aimed at formation and strengthening of public attitude towards the necessity of energy saving and renewable energy. Therefore, the R2E2 Fund is planning to carry out “Together Brighter” Festival in Vanadzor in June 2019, under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of Armenia jointly with the regional project “Regulatory Framework to Promote Energy Efficiency in the Countries of Eurasian Economic Union” and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
A working discussion relating to execution of the “Together Brighter” Festival was held in the R2E2 Fund, in which the representatives from the various companies of the energy sector took part. Number of organizational issues, as well as possible participation of organizations representing the sector were discussed during the meeting.
“Together Brighter” Festival aims to inform, create and strengthen knowledge about the need of energy efficiency and renewable energy sector in general among the population.
