A working meeting on “Energy efficiency improvement project of non-gasified communities of Armenia” took place at the Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund. Representatives of contracting companies involved in installing solar systems were present at the discussion. The R2E2 Fund experts presented outcomes and shortages of the monitoring.
An agreement was reached to eliminate all existing shortages and organize further work in accordance with current regulations. In order to eliminate shortcomings and organize the work properly, the engineering-technical group of the Fund has developed a Guideline for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems, solar water heaters and street lighting and internal lighting systems. Let’s remind, that since the beginning of the project, 2015 water heaters and 66 solar photovoltaic systems have been installed.
