At the initiative of “Avag Solutions” Ltd ( a private consulting firm), a two-day workshop dedicated to the preparation and anticipated outcomes of “Masrik1” utility-scale solar PV project, was held in the R2E2 Fund conference hall on November 28-29. “Avag Solutions” Ltd is the R2E2 fund’s consultant, which supported in the completion of the tender for the construction of industrial scale “Masrik-1” solar photovoltaic plant”.
Number of questions referring to the project evaluation, design and preparation, terms of licensing and tariff adjustment mechanisms, land acquisition, bid evaluation criteria, government support and the project management were discussed within the workshop framework.
Representatives of the Ministry of energy infrastructures and natural resources of the RA and the specialists of the R2E2 fund took part in the workshop.
