{"id":8603,"date":"2023-05-24T08:11:35","date_gmt":"2023-05-24T08:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.r2e2.am\/?p=8603"},"modified":"2023-08-15T08:47:37","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T08:47:37","slug":"environment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.r2e2.am\/en\/2023\/05\/24\/environment\/","title":{"rendered":"REQUEST FOR CURRICULUM VITAE &#8211; Environmental Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(CONSULTING SERVICES \u2013 SELECTION OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Republic of Armenia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ENERGY EFFICIENT REGIONS: INTRODUCING MECHANISMS TO INCREASE ENERGY SAVINGS IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND PROMOTING \u201cGREEN ENERGY\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development Grant <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assignment Title: Environmental Specialist<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Reference No.:<\/strong> <strong>EFSD -CS\/3\/2023<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) toward the cost of the <strong>\u201cEnergy Efficient Regions: Introducing Mechanisms to Increase Energy Saving in Public Buildings and Promoting \u201cGreen Energy\u201d\u201d<\/strong> <strong>Project<\/strong> in amount of <strong><em>1,719,200 (one million seven hundred nineteen thousand two hundred) US dollars<\/em><\/strong>, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The consulting services (\u201cthe Services\u201d) include supporting the Armenian Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (\u201cR2E2 Fund\u201d) during the implementation of the \u201cEnergy Efficient Regions: Introducing Mechanisms to Increase Energy Saving in Public Buildings and Promoting \u201c\u201cGreen Energy\u201c Project (\u201cProject\u201d) by providing expertise on environmental issues within the framework of civil works carried out in the buildings of the Project beneficiaries. The Environmental Specialist will be responsible for project works compliance with the Environmental and Social Responsibility Policy of the Eurasian Development Bank (approved by the decision of the Board of the Bank dated April 26, 2012, Minutes No. 188), which is implemented in accordance with the Environmental Management Plan for specific project activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The overall duration<\/strong> of the assignment is 8 months <strong><em>(optional, to be adjusted, <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>depending on the duration of th<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>e Contract<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>s<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> with construction companies)<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong>The commencement of Services<\/strong> is planned since <strong>June, 2023<\/strong> <strong><em>(optional, to be adjusted, when the Contracts with construction companies are signed)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment is attached to this Request for curriculum vitae.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The R2E2 Fund, acting as a Project implementation unit (\u201cPIU\u201d) now invites eligible individuals (\u201cConsultants\u201d) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested individuals should provide Curriculum Vitae (CV), demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/old.r2e2.am\/en\/2023\/05\/24\/environmental-specialist\/\">TERMS OF REFERENCE &#8211;
