{"id":7958,"date":"2021-09-17T07:12:26","date_gmt":"2021-09-17T07:12:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.r2e2.am\/?p=7958"},"modified":"2021-09-17T07:28:10","modified_gmt":"2021-09-17T07:28:10","slug":"gcf-cs22021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.r2e2.am\/en\/2021\/09\/17\/gcf-cs22021\/","title":{"rendered":"REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST GCF-CS\/2\/2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(CONSULTING SERVICES\u2013 SELECTION OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Armenia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>READINESS SUPPORT FOR ACCREDITATION GAP ASSESSMENT, CAPACITY BUILDING AND PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT FOR POTENTIAL ACCREDITED ENTITYPROJECT, GCF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Grant No.: ARM-RS-004<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Assignment Title: <\/strong><strong>Individual Consultant for designing sub-granting manual and project management manual<\/strong><strong>aimed at ensuring compliance with GCF fiduciary standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reference No.: <strong>GCF-CS\/2\/2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The <\/strong><strong>Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (R2E2)<\/strong>has receivedfinancing from the GCF toward the cost of the \u201cREADINESS SUPPORT FOR ACCREDITATION GAP ASSESSMENT, CAPACITY BUILDING AND PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT FOR POTENTIAL ACCREDITED ENTITY\u201d PROJECT, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The consulting services (\u201cthe Services\u201d) includeadvancing R2E2\u2019s procedures and institutional capacities and making them compliant with the GCF\u2019s fiduciary standards in the manner that is concordant with GCF requirements and that will ensure further smooth review of the application by the GCF Secretariat and Independent Review Board. Particularly, preparation of Project Management Manual, Sub-Granting Manual etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The overall duration of the assignment is 5months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The detailed <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/old.r2e2.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TORs-for-Phase-2_Subgranting-PM-Manuals-2.pdf\">Terms of Reference (TOR)<\/a><\/span> for the assignment is attachedto this request for expressions of interest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (R2E2)now invites eligible individuals(\u201cConsultants\u201d) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
