Reports were made by the R2E2 Fund\u2019s procurement specialist Zaruhi Gharagyozyan, EEP consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan and RE and EE expert Armen Gharibyan. Zaruhi Gharagyozyan presented the biding package in details and highlighted the importance of the main points, qualification and contract requirements, as well as the reasons for the rejected applications. EEP consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan presented the thermo-technical indicators\/regulatory documents, thermal calculations and financial indicators\/.
