Reports were made by the R2E2 Fund\u2019s procurement specialist Zaruhi Gharagyozyan and EEP consultant Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan. Zaruhi Gharagyozyan presented the biding package in details and highlighted the importance of the main points, qualification and contract requirements, as well as the reasons for the rejected applications.
