Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fundorganized a Charity Dinner on March 24, in order to continue led-lighting of frontier villages within the framework of the \u201cLight Boarder\u201d Project.<\/p>\n

The participants of the Charity Evening were introduced\u00a0 the priorities, importance and the goals of the project. The pathway and the activities \u00a0of the “Bright Border” Initiative were presented in brief during the Evening.<\/p>\n

In the friendly ambience of the Evening,\u00a0 current developments and acheivements in renewable energy and energy efficiency sector were discussed.<\/p>\n

A Charity auction of handmade Art Collection provided by \u201cMane Tiles\u201d of \u201cMane\u201d Holding washeld within the framework of the Charity Dinner.<\/p>\n

All the proceeds donated during the Charity Evening\u00a0 and the Auction were spent to ensure \u00a0around 600 households from 3 more frontier villages with 3000 energy efficient LED-lamps, having 3-year warranty and compliance to high quality standards, \u00a0and partially alleviate their household burden.<\/p>\n

The evening was accompanied by a trumpet and saxophone performances.<\/p>\n

In the scope of the “Light Boarder” project, 19 frontier villages have already been provided with Led-lamps, and 3 more boarder villages will be Led-lighted\u00a0 with UNDP support in the near future.<\/p>\n

The charity dinner was well-organized, and gaveits results thanks to its supporters, namely, \u201cMane\u201d Holding, Armas Wines, \u201cGreen Tech Systems\u201d LLC, \u201cElectrica Group\u201d LLC, \u201cEnergy Efficiency Support Fund\u201d, NGO “Misma” LLC, as well as all the active participants and entities, who made their invaluable contribution to the successful arrangement of the Charity Evening.<\/p>\n
