24.05.2013 A lecture and drawing competition was organized \u00a0 at Yerevan High school \u2116 42 after T.Shevchenko on May 21 together with the Armenia R2E2 Fund, Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia and \u00a0\u201cAssistance to Reforms\u201d NGO, in which about 40 students from \u00a0 4 to 8 grades of the school took part.\u00a0The objective of the event, organized under the \u201cEnergy Efficiency Project\u201d publicawareness campaign, is to disseminate knowledge on energy efficiency among the students, educate energy efficiency behavioral rules, introduce EE culture into household \u00a0and encourage application of energy efficiency. Lusine Harutyunyan \u00a0the member of the board of \u201cAssistance to the Reforms\u201d NGO made an opening speech, then \u00a0Karine Aleksanyan, \u00a0the Head of Preschool and Secondary Education of \u00a0the Department of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RA and school director Eleonora Tumanyan welcomed and emphasized the importance to the event. The R2E2 Fund specialists \u00a0Tigran Sekoyan and Gayane Bakhchisarantseva, made presentatations, spoke about the \u00a0energy efficiency, the benefits of EE for each family and for the country in general, \u00a0explained how w EE \u00a0can reflect \u00a0positively on the comfort and on budget of the families. \u00a0After the lecture e Anushik Petrosyan, \u00a0Executive Director of \u201cAssistance to the Reforms\u201d NGO organized energy efficiency game \u00a0and drawing competition. \u00a0The winner received a certificate of the winner from the Fund in the end of the game, the other groups received Certificates for participation.<\/p>\n
