The objective of the discussion was to inform the participants about the tenders held under the project, as well as implemented measures, anticipated activities, and expected outcomes. Mrs. \u00a0<em>Tamara Babayan, t<\/em>he\u00a0<em>Director\u00a0<\/em>of the<em>\u00a0Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund<\/em>\u00a0of Armenia greeted the participants and asked them to take part actively in the discussion. Zaruhi Gharagyozyan, the Procurement specialist, Roza Manucharyan, \u00a0\u00a0Financial manager, Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan Energy Efficiency Expert and Hmayak Avagyan Energy Efficiency Environmental specialist had speeches during the discussion. The Procurement specialist Zaruhi Gharagyozyan represented \u00a0procurement procedure and tender \u00a0criteria. The Financial Manager o Roza Manucharyan represented the NPV (Net Presented Value) calculation formula, benefits and\u00a0 \u00a0payment conditions.\u00a0 Roza Manucharyan emphasized energy efficiency calculation method in her speech. The EE expert Hrant Ter-Gabrielyan represented thermal-technical indicators of energy efficiency (regulatory documents, thermal calculation, feasibility indicators).
