The main theme of EXPO-2017 is \u201cEnergy of the Future\u201d. \u00a0Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (R2E2) has been appointed to be the national operator of \u201cAstana EXPO 2017&#8243; exhibition by the decision \u00a0of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft imagepro-radius\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4586 alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/_d_improd_\/DSC_0023-2-300x200_f_improf_300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-imagepro-frames=\"imagepro-radius\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><small><\/small><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>To ensure effective participation of the Republic of Armenia in exhibition, R2E2 Fund was supported by Armenia Development Fund, the construction of the pavilion was completed by &#8220;ExpoMedia&#8221; LLC. Embassy of the Republic of Armenia to Kazakhstan assisted greatly to R2E2 Fund. The pavilion of the RA at \u201cAstana EXPO 2017&#8243; exhibition is focused on energy, culture and tourism. The recent achievements in energy system will be presented in the Armenian pavilion of \u201cAstana EXPO 2017&#8243;, such as construction of solar power plants, utility-scale geothermal exploratory drilling project, power sector legislative reforms, the latest developments in science and technology solutions in \u201cclean energy&#8221; sector, as well as\u00a0 private companies involved in the field of energy production.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright imagepro-radius\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4515 alignright\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/_d_improd_\/18921975_744712165689464_5340706635828857499_n-300x200_f_improf_300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-imagepro-frames=\"imagepro-radius\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><small><\/small><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Series of films dedicated to tourism in Armenia will also be introduced during the exhibition, the visitors of the pavilion can see real pictures of Armenia&#8217;s tourist attractions by VR (Virtual Reality) glasses.
