    The consulting services (\u201cthe Services\u201d) include uploading necessary information (R2E2 Fund\u2019s Policies, Procedures and Guidelines) into the GCF\u2019s Digital Accreditation Platform, as well as provide guidance on required evidence of application\/implementation to be also submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The overall duration of the assignment is 60 calendar days. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment is attached to this Request for Expressions of Interest.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (R2E2)<\/strong> now invites eligible consulting firms (\u201cConsultants\u201d) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:<\/span><\/p>\n

    General experience of the company in implementation of similar assignments (assessment of fiduciary standards and implementation of capacity building (including ESG), design,\u00a0<\/em>review, assessment and\/or implementation of the national policies in the domain of energy efficiency and renewable energy).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/em>Specific experience of the company in engagement within the projects implemented and\/or financed by Climate Funds and\/or\u00a0<\/em>designing and\/or implementing projects for Climate Funds and MDBs.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/em>Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and\/or a sub-consultancy.
