According the Energy Law, the PSRC can either set the specific monetary value of the tariff or establish a clear formula for calculating the tariff based on parameters defined in the Energy Law. According to the Energy Law, a tariff should cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Justified operation and maintenance costs;<\/li>\n<li>Loan service costs;<\/li>\n<li>Costs related to environmental standards;<\/li>\n<li>Mothballing and preservation costs;<\/li>\n<li>Costs of the safe keeping of the utilized nuclear fuel and requisite allocations to the Nuclear Plant Decommissioning Fund;<\/li>\n<li>Technical and commercial losses;<\/li>\n<li>Other justified costs as provided by Legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tariff should also provide the operator with the opportunity to make a reasonable profit. The tariff review request can be initiated either by the power sector companies or unilaterally by PSRC if economic circumstances in the sector have changed and warrantee revision to avoid jeopardizing the financial health of the sector.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/B.Yana\/Downloads\/153032.pdf\">Electricity tariff for renewable energy sources <\/a><\/span>were set in 2019 by Public Services Regulatory Commission. According to the current regulation tariffs are annually updated based on the specified methodology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Small Hydro Power Stations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Electricity\u00a0 tariff supplied from SHPP\u00a0 that are built on<strong> natural water streams <\/strong>is <strong>26.185 \/ AMD kW\/h <\/strong>, VAT excluded,<\/li>\n<li>Electricity\u00a0 tariff supplied from SHPP\u00a0 that are built on<strong> irrigation systems <\/strong>is\u00a0<strong>17.454 AMD \/kW\/h <\/strong>, VAT excluded,<\/li>\n<li>Electricity\u00a0 tariff supplied from SHPP\u00a0 that are built on<strong> natural drinking sources <\/strong>is <strong>11.637\u00a0 AMD kW\/h <\/strong>, VAT excluded,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wind\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electricity tariff supplied from <strong>wind farm<\/strong> is <strong>47.013\u00a0<\/strong><strong>AMD kW\/h, <\/strong>VAT
