Assignment Title: Technical Supervision for energy saving measures of the following facilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Republic of Armenia has received grant from the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) in the amount of 1,719,200 (one million seven hundred nineteen thousand two hundred) US dollars toward the cost of the \u201cEnergy Efficient Regions: Introducing Mechanisms to Increase Energy Saving in Public Buildings and Promoting \u201cGreen Energy\u201d Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.<\/p>\n

    The consulting services (\u201cthe Services\u201d) include supervising the compliance of the implemented construction assembling works with design documents, quality standards, current construction norms and rules, as well as prevent implementation of low-quality construction works. Technical supervision of construction works is a comprehensive measure that includes all stages of construction, which ends with signing of the Certificate of Completion (Certificate of the Acceptance Committee on Commissioning of Completed Works).<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Duration of assignment: <\/strong>8<\/strong> months (optional, to be adjusted, depending on the duration of the Contract with construction companies).<\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Date of commencement of services: August, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR)<\/a><\/span> for the assignment are attached to this Request for Expressions of Interest.<\/p>\n

    The Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (R2E2)<\/strong>, acting as Project Implementation Group (\u201cPIG\u201d) now invites eligible firms (\u201cConsultants\u201d) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.<\/p>\n
